For me, such disrespect for visitors and unwillingness to buy a bucket of banal putty from the leadership speaks of complete spitting. Anyway, that the devices would serve bent or the plates are dirty.

I must say that advertisers know their job. By the way, in the photographs that I saw briefly, the interiors usually looked, but at least normal and decent. And the food generally seemed quite attractive. I thought what kind of well done people, thematic business lunches are developing, presenting presentations, performances, master classes. It is necessary to organize everything, invest. And I was attracted by very low prices for sets of dishes. Drink as a gift when buying a complex lunch. (Drinks are quite interesting, for example, Masala tea). This is not the only action. Every day you can get some kind of gift or discount. Isn't it cool? I was in full confidence that this cafe needed customers, and cheap business lunches are just another way to purchase regular visitors. Because some dishes from the main menu are quite decent, and the Rum positions itself far from as a dining room and not as an eatery of “burger King” format. (Now, having visited the Rum, I would better go to the burger of King instead of him. For example, to Lunacharsky, even there the interiors are more parliating. But recently he was flooded with impudent beggars that hang over visitors' plates.) There is also accessible food, as a rule, accessible food The one that has either small outputs or low cost. There were two halls inside. I don’t know how the upper, but the lower is very small. I did not find where to hang clothes. The only client ate, as at the station, without removing outerwear. A matter of taste. It was definitely not cold there. But there are very few places. The tables are not very large. Paper sheets are laid on them. I do not advise the tables in the open place next to the hosts, someone will walk past you all the time. And along the walls, the furniture is very tightly tangled. It would be impossible to get comfortable there.

What immediately surprised me from the first minutes – the assertive waitress who pulled everything that was forced to memorize. And for several minutes I could not calmly see the menu, because I listened about some left-wing actions that have nothing to do with the business lunch.

For the certificate of girls – students who have the first job. Business lunch is when you run away from the office, you want to relax, often you often have not even an hour. Five minutes I already listened to the chatter. Well, why, for example, should I know about gifts for beer? The client has already spotted time before the end of the break, and thinks if you will have time to calculate it.Because if you delay him for an extra 5-10 minutes, he will not return to you again. He wants to eat his set lunch as soon as possible and run back. He, with all his desire, is not able to hear about alcohol now. And why, in the midst of a working day, should you distract people with talk about such actions? In general, the service is intrusive.

There were few people in the cafe. It seemed to me that there were even too many waitresses in a cramped hall for such a large number of customers. They were fascinated by conversations with hostesses, apparently, it was very important. The whole room could hear their laughter and chatter, clearly not on working topics. The girls are young, frivolous, left to their own devices and act in all sorts of ways. I look at other reviews that no work with the staff is carried out. I was served quite quickly, although the waitress did not want to answer an elementary question, pointing her finger somewhere at the papers. There are actually a lot of printed materials on the tables. The countertops are already small, while the folders with the menu are huge. And that's the point.

They brought me food, everything is as in the photographs in the advertisement. The business lunch was served with bread on a tray. The drink is terrible. But free. Hot meals are warm. The exits are small. I wouldn't say very tasty. In the salad, several times there were pieces of spoiled or weathered hard-to-chew products. Cold shop, you should try what you give people.

But food is not the main disadvantage of this place. It's just that no one here cares. Owners – on the organization of the work of staff, on the interiors and appearance of the institution. Waiters and hostesses – on clients and etiquette rules. With such an aggressive presentation, it is only at advertising campaigns to suck in rice, and not to feed guests.

I don’t understand what is the point of spending money on contextual advertising, making colorful menus, developing a concept, if you end up inviting customers to a shabby cramped room with poorly trained unprofessional waitresses? I assure you, none of your discounts and gifts will force adequate customers to return to you if they are served in the same way. Speaking of savings – I want to say that the portions are very small. You can pay for 50-80-100 rubles. more and eat normally in a good cafe with customer oriented staff. The service is worse than here, only in Mamula. But there, at least the officers go somewhere to chat, where space allows it. (The food is also worse, by the way ) But here, as they wrote before, everything is in plain sight. And no strained smiles and chaotic streams of advertising information will disguise the true attitude of waiters to work and to customers.
